Where we deliver

We deliver in Erie, Pennsylvania and nearby areas. Other areas by request. Ask us before you order if you are outside Erie County.

Delivery cost and timing

Delivery cost is shown at checkout or on your quote. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We confirm your delivery window by phone or email. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, weather or other events outside our control.

How delivery works

  • Delivery is to the curb, driveway or the first ground-level entry, unless agreed in writing.
  • Someone 18 or older must be there to receive and sign. You must provide clear, safe access for the truck.
  • If no one is there, or the site cannot be reached, we charge a redelivery fee.
  • Once the order is signed for, it is yours. Store it dry, flat and indoors.

Inspect at delivery

Check every box before the driver leaves. Write any damage on the delivery receipt. Email photos to team@maudmed.com within 48 hours. Signing without noting damage means the order arrived in good condition. Late claims are denied. See our Refund policy.

Pickup

Pickup may be possible by appointment. Ask us first.
