These terms apply when you use maudmed.com or buy from MAUDMED ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy are part of these terms.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, including suspected fraud, limited stock or a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we refund what you paid for it.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and delivery are extra unless stated. Quotes are valid only for the time written on them. Typos and errors in price or product details may be corrected at any time, even after an order is placed.
Payment is due in full before delivery, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Special and custom orders may need full payment up front.
Trade accounts are approved at our choice. We may change, pause or close an account at any time. You are responsible for all orders placed on your account.
We try to show products accurately. Colors, wood grain and finishes vary by batch and screen. Small differences are not a defect. Check measurements before you order. You are responsible for choosing the right product for your project.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. All sales are final, except as stated in our Refund policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
On some products we offer install through verified local contractors. Install is optional and quoted on its own. The contractor's work, schedule and warranty are covered by the contractor's own agreement with you. We are not liable for the contractor's work, delays or site conditions.
Products carry only the maker's warranty, where one exists. Except for that, products are sold "as is". We make no other warranty, including any implied warranty of fitness for a purpose or merchantability, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or follow-on losses, such as labor, lost time, lost profit or project delays.
We may refuse service, cancel orders and close accounts for fraud, abuse, false claims or chargeback misuse. We may report fraud to the authorities.
You agree to cover us against claims caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products.
These terms follow the laws of Pennsylvania. Disputes go to the courts of Erie County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
